Before the above topic proceeded longer, we think that most of the Malaysians have known about the murder of a 49-year-old Pahang Islamic Religion Department officer Ahmad Rafli Abdul Malik. who was believed shot dead by an unknown murderer in a close-distance at his home. The incident believed to be happened after Rafi answered the greetings from three unknown suspects wearing a robe respectively, shot him into death a few minutes later.
Recapping the previous story, police started to probe it deeply and found ‘Tuhan Harun’ which was one of the deviant sects actively operating in 2009, is back on criminal track related with the murder. It was reported that the founder, known as 47-year-old Harun Mat Saad, allegedly had been subdued by Rafi and his force on 4 April this year through a sudden raid. Reportedly, the motive of the murder is about black revenge, taken over Rafli for being disenchantment. Plus, from that raid, the living story of Harun has been revealed gradually, especially his case of becoming among Bank Negara's most wanted individuals for his fault in a get-rich-quick scheme with illegal deposit involving up to RM200 million. More atrociously, Harun also allegedly made a big fraud on some well-known celebrities such Mawi, Datuk M. Nasir, Amy Search and more, as he claimed himself as a music composer as well, fleeing a thousand-amount of cash after dealing with them to perform at his event. One of his events that had been held was Konsert Malam Seribu Karya Rock Rohani, in 2009 at Melawati Stadium, Shah Alam.

Harun Mat Saad being brought to the syariah court in Kuantan on April 24
A report from New Straits Times on November 14 stated Harun manages to amass a fortune, including a mansion in Shah Alam and RM200 million in cash, while maintaining a jet-setting lifestyle. Moreover, his “fund-raising scams ran across Malaysia and even Brunei, where he allegedly cheated 5,000 people in the sultanate of RM211 million. In fact, that report also unveiled Harun made a full use of his freedom as he evaded arrest, and even branched out to Brunei, where he allegedly conned more than 5,000 people there into investing RM211.549 million through Kelab Taqwa Malaysia (KTM), which is owed by Dina Sdn Bhd, a company he was involved with.
Pahang police chief Datuk Sharifuddin Ab Ghani attributed the slip-up to the lack of communication and the separation of legal jurisdiction. He said syariah and civil cases are two separate systems, and there is no any way for one side to know what the other is doing. He said more, “Perhaps the syariah court was not aware that Harun had long been a wanted man,” he told the media about one of the reasons of how Harun is still escaping away and recently, his name has been enlisted back to become one of the most wanted criminals by the authorities. To strengthen more this statement, the prosecutors said there had been many cases of individuals wanted by the law who got away because of this weakness in the system. “In this case, we could have detained him, but he got away,” a senior prosecutor alleged.
From this case, undoubtedly revenge is not a solution instead of only giving another problem. On the other hand, we also feel pity on some people who have done a noble job to make this country better. But their kindness is replied with massacre to release their futile anger. Whatever is it, justice must be served.
